Setting up thunderbird 16 on Linux with Exchange server 2010 emails, contacts and calendar

Now you could setup Thunderbird 16 with emails, contacts and calendar. Yey!

Lets see what we need and from where to get them

1. Thunderbird 16
2. Lightning Version 1.8b1 from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/lightning/versions/
3. Exchange 2007/2010 Calendar and Tasks Provider 3.0.0-rc3 from http://www.1st-setup.nl/wordpress/ (Direct link = http://www.1st-setup.nl/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=13)
4. ExQuilla for Microsoft Exchange 16.0 from Thunderbird add-ons section
